If you think your art isn’t very good

don’t learn a “style”

learn to draw

you can worry about the style thing later if it doesn’t happen on its own

a style is a symbol set and the method by which it is executed. it is not “how to draw”, it is not the key that unlocks mystical hidden talents. The key that unlocks mysterious hidden talents is learning how to draw. You have to practice all the shit that underlies symbol sets - you know, proportion, scale, mark making, seeing accurately. You have to learn to coordinate your eyes and your hands. If you just learn a “style”, instead of learning how to draw, it cripples your ability to draw things outside of those limited known symbol configurations.

And people can tell. Other artists, I mean. The good ones can tell if a symbol configuration is all you’ve got.
